부산 남포동 비프광장에 추억의 달고나라는 곳입니다.
손가락.손목 스냅부터 남다른 이분의 정체는 달고나 만들기
장인으로 생활의 달인에 출연 하셨다고 하네요.

오랜만에 초등학생 때 문방구에서 쪽자(달고나)
달고나 위에 쇠로 만든 틀로 찍어서 그 모양을
바늘로 콕콕 찍어서 깨지지 않게 도전 하곤 했었죠~

한판에 2천원! 성공하면 소정의 상품(?)이 있다고 하네요
요즘에 달고나 라떼, 커피 만드는 것이 유행인데

400번 저어야 한다는... 썰이 맞을 것 같기도 하네요.
이 달인분의 스냅처럼은 되어야 전동 거품기 안사셔도 될듯하네요!ㅎ
