Buendia Story
Enjoy paella, a traditional Spanish food, at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. It was an attractive food that I learned while working with colleagues from various backgrounds. At the recommendation of a top chef from Spain, I was able to work at a local restaurant and learn the know-how of that place. "Buendia" strives to capture the scent of Spain as it is. The high-quality spice saffron, the main ingredient of paella, is imported from Spain, and the broth and sauce are made directly to preserve the flavor.
