[4인분] 재료 Ingredients: 1 Cup=200ml 4 servings
양파[중] 1/2개 medium onion, chopped
마늘 3-4톨 cloves garlic, minced
토마토 페이스트 1 Tbsp tomato paste
오레가노 1 Tbsp dried oregano
페퍼론치노 취향껏 red pepper flakes to taste
올리브오일 2 Tbsp olive oil
소금 후추간 salt \u0026 pepper to taste

토마토[중] 3개 medium tomatoes, chopped
물 3 Cups water
채수 3 Cups vegetable broth
오르조 파스타 2/3 Cup orzo pasta
페타 치즈 원하는 만큼 feta cheese, chopped or crumbled

‍만들기 Preparation:
올리브유 두른 팬에 다진 양파와 마늘 넣고
부드러워지고 향이 날 때까지 볶다가
소금 후추 간하고
오레가노, 페퍼론치노, 토마토 페이스트, 올조 파스타 추가, 약 2-3분 더 볶아 줍니다
채수와 물을 넣고, 토마토 추가
물이 끓으면 불을 줄이고
뚜껑을 덮지 않은 채로 오르조가 부드러워지고 액체가 흡수될 때까지 가끔 저어주며
약 5분 동안 끓입니다
불 끄고 페타 치즈 부셔서 넣어
예쁜 그릇에 담아냅니다
파슬리로 가니쉬, 먹기 전 후추 넉넉히 뿌려 드세요

Orzo Tomato Soup with Feta
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened and fragrant, about 2 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper.
Add in oregano, red pepper flakes, tomato paste, and orzo pasta.
Cook for 2-3 minutes more, stirring constantly.
Add chopped tomatoes, water, and vegetable broth.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in feta cheese.
Serve immediately, garnished with parsley and additional black pepper.

For a creamier soup, you can blend the soup with an immersion blender before adding the feta cheese.
If you don't have feta cheese, you can substitute goat cheese
