? 나혼자산다에서 노브레인 이성우님이 만드신 짜장국수. 보면서 군침이 돌아 만들어봤어요. 한 끼 식사로도 굿!

재료 : 양파, 당근, 호박, 감자, 고기, 다진마늘, 국수(중면), 짜장분말
* 고기는 돼지고기,소고기,닭고기 등 모든 고기로 조리 가능합니다.
* 야채는 꼭 이 재료가 아닌, 집에 있는 아무 야채를 사용하셔도 됩니다.
* 국수는 소면보다는 중면이 짜장국수에 더 잘 어울립니다.

1. 야채(양파,당근,호박,감자)를 깍둑썰기로 썬다.
2. 고기를 썰어준다.
3. 달궈진 프라이팬에 기름을 두르고 고기와 다진마늘을 볶는다.
4. 썰어놓은 야채들을 모두 볶는다.
5. 야채가 잠길 정도로 물을 붓는다.
6. 야채가 익으면 짜장분말을 골고루 뿌리고 볶아준다.

7. 끓는 물에 국수를 삶는다.
8. 거품이 차오를때마다 찬물을 반컵씩 부어준다. (2-3번 반복)
9. 국수를 흐르는 물에서 비벼 밀가루 냄새를 빼준다.
10. 물기를 제거한 면 위에 소스를 붓는다.

* Meat can be cooked with all kinds of meat, including pork, beef, and chicken.
* It doesn't matter what kind of vegetables you have. Use any vegetables in the house.
* The noodles are better in the middle than in the small noodles.

1. Slice vegetables (onion, carrot, pumpkin, potato) into small pieces.
2. Slice the meat.
3. Grease the frying pan. Stir-fry the meat and minced garlic.
4. Stir-fry all the chopped vegetables.
5. Pour enough water to cover the vegetables.
6. When the vegetables are cooked, sprinkle evenly with black bean paste and stir-fry.
7. Boil noodles in boiling water.
8. Pour half a cup of cold water each time the bubble comes up. (Repeat 2-3 times)
9. Rub noodles in running water to remove the smell of flour.
10. Pour the sauce over the drained noodles.
