지난주에 방영한 나혼자산다 구성환님 편을 보는데 너무 재밌더라구요. 무엇보다 요리를 뚝딱뚝딱 쉽게 만들어 드시는 그 능숙함에 반했습니다. 많은 요리들을 하셨지만 아무래도 가장 만들어보고 싶었던건 골뱅이 미나리전이에요. 미나리가 제철이라 싱싱하기도 하고, 신선하면서도 맛이 보장된 조합이라 기대가 되었거든요. 기대만큼 맛있었던 골뱅이 미나리전 레시피 공유해드립니다.

미나리 200g, 골뱅이 400g, 중력분 1컵, 튀김가루 1컵, 물 1\u00261/4컵, 다진 마늘 2큰술, 참치 액젓 2큰술, 후추, 들기름, 식용유
