배우 이상우가 여장 연기에 도전한 소감을 전했다. 

19일 오후 서울 마포구 상암동 MBC 골든마우스홀에서 열린 MBC 주말특별기획 ‘황금정원’ (극본 박현주/연출 이대영/제작 김종학프로덕션)의 제작발표회에 배우 한지혜, 이상우, 오지은, 이태성, 정영주 등이 참석했다. 

이날 이상우는 “처음 여장을 해봤다. 불편한 부분들이 많았다. 여자 속옷 하루 종일 입었는데 답답하고 불편했다. 촬영 끝나고 벗었을 때 자유로운 해방감이 크게 느껴졌다. 남자가 이해하지 못하는 부분에 대해 불편한 부분들을 공감하게 됐다”라고 말했다. 

‘황금정원’은 인생을 뿌리째 도둑맞은 여자 은동주(한지혜 분)의 인생 되찾기로 진실을 숨기는 자와 쫓는 자의 아슬아슬한 인생 게임을 그린 작품으로 이상우는 사랑 앞에서 누구보다 냉정한 남자 ‘차필승’을 연기한다. 

한편, ‘황금정원’은 오는 20일 토요일 밤 9시 5분에 첫 방송한다.

[Insa TV] Lee Sang-woo: "Women's underwear all day long, feeling free after shooting" (Golden Garden)

Actor Lee Sang-woo expressed his challenges while portraying a woman.

Actors Han Ji-hye, Lee Sang-woo, Oh Ji-eun, Lee Tae-sung and Jung Young-joo attended the production presentation of MBC's weekend special program "Golden Garden" at MBC Golden Mouse Hall in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul in the afternoon of the 19th.

Lee Sang-woo said on the same day, "I dressed up as a woman for the first time. There were many uncomfortable parts. I wore women's underwear all day long, but it was stuffy and uncomfortable. When I took it off after shooting, I felt a sense of freedom. I've come to sympathize with some of the inconveniences that men don't understand" he said.

"The Golden Garden" is about Eun Dong-joo (Han Ji-hye), a woman who has been stolen from the her life, and the close-knit life game between the person who hides the truth and the person who pursues it. Lee Sang-woo plays Cha Pil-seung, a man who is coldest than anyone else in front of love.

Meanwhile, "Golden Garden" will premiere Saturday night at 9:05 p.m.
