재료 : 표고버섯 5개, 버터, 소금, 참기름
1.표고버섯은 씻지 않고, 흙먼지를 솔로 살살 털어줍니다
2.버섯을 반으로 자른 후, 한입크기로 잘라줍니다.
3.버터를 적당량 잘라줍니다
4.약한 불에 버터를 녹여줍니다
5.버터를 다 녹인 후 버섯을 넣어줍니다
6.버섯이 버터를 다 흡수해 버터를 추가해주었어요
(젓가락으로 볶는게 골고루 잘 볶아집니다. 젓가락으로 버섯에 버터를 묻혀 가며 볶아주세요)
7.소금 한 꼬집과 참기름 반스푼 넣으면 완성
생각보다 버터가 많이 들어가지만 버터향과 버섯의 쫄깃한 식감이 좋네요.
