오늘은 알토란 쭈꾸미 볶음을 만들었어요.
알토란 쭈꾸미볶음이 5분이면 뚝딱! 만들어진답니다. 물론 쭈꾸미 손질하는 시간은 사람마다 차이가 있고, 더불어 돼지고기볶음 고추장은 미리 만들어져 있야겠죠. 돼지고기볶음 고추장을 만들지 않은 분은 아래를 참고해서 만드시면 되요.

돼지고기볶음 고추장이 너무 맛있어서 어떤 재료로 해도 어울린답니다.

알토란 쭈꾸미볶음 재료
쭈꾸미 손질 : 쭈꾸미 1kg, 밀가루 3TS, 천일염 2TS,
쭈꾸미 볶음 : 식용유 4TS, 돼지고기볶음고추장 1컵, 참기름 2TS,
통깨 3 TS, 삶은 콩나물, 채 썬 대파
(참기름 2TS, 통깨 3 TS, 삶은 콩나물, 채 썬 대파 는 생략했어요)
1. 내장을 제거하여 손질한 쭈꾸미 1kg을 밀가루 3 큰 술, 천일염 2 큰 술을 넣고 충분히 주무른 후 찬물에 2~3번 헹군다
2. 끓는 물에 쭈꾸미를 30초 데친 후 찬물에 넣어 잔열을 식혀준다
3.콩나물을 데친다
4. 데친 주꾸미를 먹기 좋은 크기로 찢으면서 눈·이빨을 제거한다
5. 팬에 식용유 4TS을 두르고 쭈꾸미와 돼지고기볶음고추장 1컵을 넣어 볶는다(양념은 기호에 맞춰 가감하세요)
6. 불을 끈 후 참기름 2 큰 술과 통깨 3 큰 술을 넣고 마무리한다 (삶은 콩나물과 채 썬 대파를 더한다)
7.콩나물을 깔고 볶은 쭈꾸미를 올리면 완성!
(레시피 중 6번 과정은 생략하였습니다.그래도 돼지고기볶음 고추장이 맛있어서 넣지 않았는데도 굿이에요)

Altoran fried dumplings
Zucchini care: 1kg of flour, 3TS of flour, 2TS of sun salt,
Jukkumi stir-fry: cooking oil 4TS, pork stir-fried red pepper paste 1 cup, sesame oil 2TS,
Sesame 3 TS, Boiled Sprouts
(I omitted sesame oil 2TS, sesame seed 3 TS, boiled bean sprouts, green onions)
1. Remove the intestines and put 1kg of cooked squash, add 3 tablespoons of flour and 2 tablespoons of sun salt, soak well and rinse 2 ~ 3 times in cold water.
2. Boil tsukimi in boiling water for 30 seconds and put it in cold water to cool off residual heat.
3.Poach the bean sprouts
4. Remove the eyes and teeth while tearing the poached colander to a size easy to eat.
5. Put cooking oil 4TS in a pan and stir-fry with zucchini and 1 cup of pork stir-fried red pepper paste.
6. Turn off the heat and finish with 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and 3 tablespoons of sesame seeds (add boiled bean sprouts and green onions).
7. Spread fried bean sprouts with bean sprouts!
(I skipped step 6 in the recipe, but the pork stir-fried red pepper paste was delicious, but it was good.)
