김부각 만드는법 재료 (백종원, 알토란 준비물은 동일)
생김, 찹쌀풀, 식용유, 통깨, 새우가루(선택)
1. 찹쌀 풀 만들어 식혀놓기 (찹쌀풀은 물에 개어가며 만들어줍니다)
2. 김에 찹쌀 풀 바르기 (풀바르듯이 쓱쓱 발라주면 됩니다)
3. 건조기나 실온에 바짝 말리기 (하루 이틀정도 바짝 말려주세요)
4. 중불에 튀기면 완성 (타지 않게 살짝 튀겨 꺼내면 바삭해집니다)
