재료:
달걀 5개, 물 1컵반 (300ml), 새우젓1큰술, 설탕 반큰술, 다진마늘 1큰술, 식용유1큰술, 송송썬 쪽파, 통깨, 고춧가루 적당량
만드는 방법
1. 달걀 5개,물 1컵반, 새우젓, 다진마늘 각1큰술, 설탕 반큰술을 잘 섞어 달걀물을 만든후 체에 한번 내려 건더기를 거른후 식용유 한큰술을 넣는다
2. 뚝배기에 참기름을 발라 코팅한후 달걀물을 70~80% 채운다
3. 센불에 올려 살살 저으면서 익히다가 달걀이 덩어리가 시작하고 가장자리에 기포가 생기기 시작하면 약 불로 줄인다
4. 약불로 줄인후 같은 크기의 뚝배기로 덮고 뚝배기 사이에서 물이 떨어지면 30초 기다렸다가 뚜껑을 연다
5. 송송 썬 쪽파와, 통깨, 고춧가루를 고명으로 올려 완성한다
