Measuring is 1TS(10g).
Ingredients
1 cup (about 200 g) red pepper paste (gochujang)
600 g ground beef
1 pack (90 ml) apple pouch
honey
Directions
1. Bring a bowl, remove beef blood with kitchen tissue.
2. Add 2 TS salt, 0.5 TS pepper, 1 TS garlic power, 3 TS vodka, 1.5 TS soy sauce, 1TS sugar and toss them.
3. Place a pan on the stove and pour 2 TS corn oil wait until it hot. Place 2 ladle ground beef(200g) over high heat and pour 100 ml water. Add red pepper paste and reduce medium heat.
5. Add 2 TS honey, 1 pack apple pouch and stirring frequently still medium heat.
6. Beat the ingredients together to a ketchup consistency. When it looks like ketchup then turn off the stove and cool it.
Note : Left over ground beef(about 400g)
I stir-fried rest of ground beef and garnish bibimbap.
